Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Welcome to Tattoo Fundamentals. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of our website (tatuamor.learnworlds.com), e-learning platform, and enrollment in any courses or programs, including but not limited to Tattoo Fundamentals Course by Tatu Amor. By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Ownership & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including text, videos, images, course layout, and educational content, are the intellectual property of Tattoo Fundamentals. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any course content without express written permission from Tatu Amor.
  • Course content is for individual use only and must not be shared or accessed by anyone other than the registered student.
  • Any guest speakers, mentors, or other participants are protected under privacy terms, and sharing recordings, transcripts, or private discussions without consent is strictly prohibited.
  • By participating in live sessions, discussions, or submitting coursework, you grant Tatu Amor the right to use any content, images, or videos featuring you for educational or promotional purposes.

1.2 Enrollment & Eligibility

To enroll in a course, you must

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a competent level of English for course comprehension.
  • Provide accurate personal details during registration.

Enrollment is open to all, and there is no application review process. However, Tatu Amor reserves the right to revoke access and remove any participant found to be disrespectful, in violation of these terms, or engaging in defamatory, harmful, or disruptive behavior.

1.3 Payment & Access

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.
  • If a payment plan is offered, failure to complete payments may result in loss of access.
  • Payment plans are generally split into four (4) weekly payments. If more than two (2) payments are missed (i.e., the student is over two weeks late on payments), the student’s access to the course will be revoked entirely with no refund.
  • If an issue arises, students may contact customer service to discuss alternative payment arrangements or pause their plan. However, failure to communicate will result in automatic removal from the course.
  • Students will receive access to the course materials for as long as this platform remains active. Should the platform be discontinued, access will no longer be available.
  • Any downloadable materials provided within the course may be kept by the student indefinitely, provided they are not reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited.
  • Course fees do not include practice supplies, which students must purchase separately unless otherwise stated.

1.4 Refunds & Cancellations

  • All course payments are non-refundable.

1.5 Course Completion & Certification

  • Students who achieve 80% or higher on their quizzes will receive a Certificate of Completion, confirming they have covered the fundamentals. This certificate is intended for personal use and to demonstrate foundational knowledge to potential employers or clients.
  • This certificate does not grant any legal authority to tattoo or practice professionally and does not exempt students from complying with local laws, regulations, or licensing requirements in their region.
  • Tattoo Fundamentals is not responsible for any tattoos performed by students before, during, or after the course.
  • Any insights, discussions, or advice from guest mentors, speakers, or fellow students are their own views and do not necessarily reflect the views or official position of Tattoo Fundamentals. Students should apply their own discretion and conduct independent research before implementing any information shared.
  • One-on-one mentoring beyond scheduled sessions is available for an additional fee and through application only.
